Change:  LEARNED:Do not containerize the mushroom composting operation. Use open air and introduce 12 to 20% moisture and turn the mass once or twice a week to take the more saturated compost on the bottom and mix it so that the mixture of the compost pile is more uniform.   View changes from previous version.
